Hello peach, spinach and ginger smoothie

Peach-Smoothie

Ingredients

Prep time: 5 minutes | Makes: 2 medium smoothies

2 handfuls spinach or swiss chard
1 inch stick ginger, peeled and grated
4–6 peaches, de-stoned
Drizzle honey
½ cup water
Handful ice cubes
200ml yoghurt
50g almonds

Method:

1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender and pulse to combine. Done. It’s that simple.
