We have reached that point in the year where you find yourself closer to the joys of spring and the promise of warmth. Meals become lighter and fresher, the sun gets warmer and stays up longer and the world seems alive once again with the birth of flower buds, and all-round growth.  August is also a time for growth and rejuvenation within us, a time to reflect on the chilly months that have been, and our goals for the livelier summer months ahead. It is a chance to evaluate what we want for our bodies and minds, and an opportunity to set out a game plan to achieve all that we want for the season ahead.

It’s the simple moments in life that can bring the most joy and leave you lost in an indulgent experience, and even though the seasons are changing and so are our eating habits along with it, that doesn’t meant that there isn’t room for a little chocolate decadence. There is always room for chocolate. We hope that this monthly wallpaper will be a reminder to always take some time out to enjoy the little pleasures in life.
