Curl up on the couch with barbecue popcorn
1. Heat the cumin seeds in a saucepan to toast for a minute or two.
2. Remove from the heat and grind to a fine powder in a pestle and mortar. Mix with the remaining spices, sugar, salt, butter and rosemary needles in a large bowl.
3. Make your popcorn, either on the stove or in a popcorn maker. Whilst the corn is still hot, toss in your bbq spice mix. (If the butter sets, just pop the whole mixture in the microwave to melt again).
Mix well and serve. This somewhat more gourmet popcorn spice mix makes for a great party snack and is perfect for Sunday night movies.
