Must be the best value for money "pro" range of knives.
I went for the slightly less expensive range of pro knives and am completely blown away by its feel, balance and edge. This must be the best buy for the amateur chef.

Really Sharp, Fantastic Knife
I got this knife in order to debone a duck for valentines day. This knife made the task so easy and the process became a breeze. The knife is so sharp, it's the perfect tool for deboning.
I'm unsure as to how long it will stay this sharp, I'll just have to hope for the best :D
