This Sagaform BBQ mat has been a great help to us when braaiing meat in marinade. It cuts out the difficult task of cleaning the gas braai's grids. When using this mat the marinade from the meat does not come in contact with the grid thereby eliminating the grids to becoming sticky. The mat is very easy to clean with water or in the dishwasher.
