Decided to purchase ANOTHER Russell Hobbs iron after loosing my one which I had for nearly 20 odd years!
I love this brand! It's a solid, sturdy iron, easy to understand and the self-cleaning part is the best!

I cannot believe what is happening with Russel Hobbs irons, everyone that I buy stops getting hot in a couple of months. How is this possible?

They are not cheap, but they do not last. Russel Hobbs Irons are now made very badly.

I will no longer recommend them to anyone.
