This flexible pancake turner combines the strength of stainless steel with the non-stick advantages of silicone. Dissapointing
This did not work as well as I thought it would. I had the opportunity to test it and it felt a bit big and clumsy. Might take some getting using to but it just wasn't a good fit for me.

A little clumsy
Good flexibility, however I found this to be big and clumsy. Difficult to really get into the pan if you are using a one with higher sides, and the lifter part is quite thick so difficult to "slide" under the pancake.
May be better suited to turning an omelette.
