My opinion of this avocado tool has moved from a want to a need. Cutting an avo can be too messy, and the way this good looking gadget neatens up the process is what we all need. This product proves its worthiness from the first cut to the final slices. It's affordable, easy and safe to use, and a real win for avo lovers.

This tool works very well. Initially I thought that there would be a problem removing the avocado pits with it, but right from the beginning there was no problem in this regard. Worthy of a 5-star rating.

Having read the reviews I almost feel like a traitor writing this review. I must be honest though. Cutting through the avo and removing the pip is easy and those functions work well. It is removing the fruit that is messy when you get to the end of removing the fruit from the skin, the slices do not come off easily as the video above indicates. Only the cutting blade works well. The pip remover broke the skin off the pip leaving me to try and remove it out of the avo by hand, and the slicer section simply made a mash of the avo. I can do a better job with a normal knife & a teaspoon.

The tool to cut open the avo works fine, but then so does an ordinary knife - nothing special. The tool to remove the pip is useless, having tried to use it on different size avos have never got it to work. The tool to slice up the inside of the avo is OK, nothing special.
