If you can't afford the silicone baking sheets, this product is a good substitute. It works well but I'm not sure if it will hold up like the silicone sheets I have.

Some recipes just ask for a more solid liner than paper. This sheet is great value, not as thick as some competitors but it does that job. It's not massive, so I bought two to fit my 90cm oven (if used as an oven liner). Can be cut to size for smaller pans. Easy to wipe clean on a flat surface.

Best item for any kitchen - all bakers should have them for their baking sheets and, in fact, even if you just roast veggies, you definitely should have one (or several).
