Global Minosharp Plus 3 Stage Water Knife Sharpener

After reading many reviews, and deciding between the minosharp or the ceramic stones, I've decided to buy the minosharp plus 3, because I want the easy application and having 3 different grind stones is what I was looking for.

My global knife G4 has been with me for 5 years now, and it has some chips damaged by cutting hard bones and having a crappy knife sharpener just doesn't do the job for me anymore.

I tried out the Minosharp as soon as it was delivered, and I followed the instructions to use the hard grind for 20 times, then the medium, followed by the fine grind. Because my knife is quite damaged, I had to repeat the process two more times until the chip disappeared.

The sharpener really lived up to its expectation, and i'm really loving it! I even used a piece of paper to test the sharpness of it like the demo I saw on youtube.

I've only sharpened my knife once since I bought it, and it's still very sharp after 2 weeks! I feel like my global knife is alive again! Just one chop, and my sandwich cuts in half, just like brand new when I first bought it.

The sharpener is sturdy, and has very good quality big ceramic stones. The ceramic stones are made in Japan, and the plastic is made in China. I would definitely trust the made in Japan quality, because they never fail me.

I am over the moon with my new sharpener, had all my knives done within 30 minutes of its arrival, it worked so well that I sliced my thumb at the same time. Delivery was within 24 hours so well done to your team, my second purchase and it won't be my last!

This sharpener changed my life and my (already excellent German) knives. I'm slicing and chopping like a TV chef. Don't hesitate - buy it!
