How to grow your Asian Herb Mix:

• Coriander: The optimum amount of sun or shade each plant needs to thrive in its environment: 6 hours of full sun, 4 hours of partial sun and full shade for up to 4 hours. This herb sprouts in 1-2 weeks and lasts up to 8 weeks. It grows best in temperatures of 17°C- 30°C.
• Chilli: Leave one seedling to grow per plant pod and these will sprout within 7-21 days and will be ready to harvest in 14-18 weeks. Red hot chilli peppers grow best at temperatures of 17°C - 35°C. Your plant will form flowers and fruits at the top, do not cut or prune your plant before fruiting. Once your plant is flowering it will need to be pollinated by hand, you can do this by gently shaking your plant to carry pollen from one blossom to the next.
• Thai Basil: Basil is the ultimate summer herb, these plants have tall flower spikes, with small white blossoms. This herb doesn’t require much difficulty to grow and the little effort it requires is certainly worthwhile. Lemon bail sprouts within 1-2 weeks and lasts up to 12 weeks. It grows best at temperatures between 17°C-30°C.
• Chives: Chives are low maintenance plants and simple to grow, they require rich, moist soil and abundant amounts of sunlight. They are considered a cool-season crop and thrive in the spring and fall and grow best at 17°C–26°C. Within one to two weeks of being planted, they will begin to sprout and last up to 12 weeks.
• Mint: Mint thrives in moist but well-drained soil, something like their native habitat along stream banks. Most will grow in the sun or partial shade, growing best at temperatures of 17°C-30°C. This herb will sprout within 7-21 days and can be harvested in 5-12 weeks.

How to grow your Italian Herb Mix:

• Basil Plant Pods: Basil will reach its full potential and grow best in a location that gets 6 to 8 hours of sun daily. The plant sprouts in 1-2 weeks and lasts up to 12 weeks. It grows best at temperatures of 17°C-30°C.
• Sage Plant Pods: Sage is an easy-to-grow plant that doesn’t demand a ton of care. It is one of the few herbs that doesn’t lose intensity in flavour after flowering. Your sage plant will sprout within 7-14 days and can be harvested in 5-12 weeks. Sage grows best at temperatures of 17°C-30°C.
• Parsley Plant Pods: Parsley enjoys well-draining soil that is rich in organic matter. A spot that gets full sun (6-8 hours of sunlight) is ideal for this herb. It begins to sprout in 7-14 days and you are welcome to harvest them in 5-12 weeks. Parsley grows best at temperatures of 17°C-30°C.
• Thyme Plant Pods: Thyme requires little care except for a little light pruning after the first year. Let the soil dry out slightly between watering. You can plant thyme with other flowers and herbs for a fragrant container. Thyme will sprout within 7-14 days and can be harvested in 5-12 weeks. This herb grows best at temperatures of 17°C-30°C.
• Oregano Plant Pods: Oregano can be grown from seeds, cuttings or purchased container plants. This herb is easy to grow and sprouts within 7-14 days. You can harvest it in 5-12 weeks and grows best at temperatures of 17°C-30°C.
