I put off purchasing a bread machine for years, in a vain attempt to pretend that I am not reaching middle age. What hip and cool young person would own such a symbol of resigned domesticity? I have never baked before, but saw how messy and unpredictable manual dough-making can be. I've now made 5 loaves with success every time, apart from the second loaf when I did not follow the simple instructions and the bread did not rise enough. My fault! Ma Baker revolutionises bread-making.

Since our Bread Maker was delivered to Winterton in the Berg, the smell of freshly baked bread lingers in Champaign Valley as we have been baking a fresh bread every second day! A definite: go & get yourself one!!!!

This is a great asset to any kitchen. The product is a very user-friendly item and gives good results after a bit of practice with recipes. The instruction booklet was disappointing because it had been printed with half the pages missing. Pages 8 - 16 were not in the booklet and I had to download the booklet to get information I needed. All in all this is a winner even I can make a good wholesome tasty loaf of bread.

Fantastic product that exceeded my expectations as its not exactly at the top of the pile in terms of make/model.

My only complaint (and its minor) is that a slightly longer load would be nice. But really it didn't take me much time to adapt.

In short, it makes good bread, kneads and rises things without a problem and creates a nice crust.

An excellent price for a hardy and thoughtful piece of kitchen equipment. Awesome to put the ingredients in at night, set the timer and then fresh delicious bread every morning. Recipes for cheese and onion bread, French style to chocolate bread and fruit cake and jams too. The oats and honey bread is a winner with 4 teenagers! Also very easy to clean. Note that it is a noisy mixer but we dance to the mixing ;) Read more

This is the cheapest bread maker on the market but it works perfectly! I’ve made bread in it daily for the past month and it turns out excellent every time. The bake is crisp and consistent. I love the 13 hour delay feature; I throw everything into the machine at night and have fresh bread ready when we wake up. I’ve even made two different kinds of cake in it! No pan to grease and line, no bowls to wash, no oven to preheat :) My only complaint was that the instruction manual doesn’t have any recipes in it but one can download other manuals online Read more

I have used a bread maker for 20 years, and decided it was time to spoil myself with a new model. This one is an amazing improvement. I bake a loaf every day, and it comes out beautifully every time. I have not tried the other functions yet, but I am sure I will not be dissapointed.
What I love is the Teflon coating, which means that you just tip the pan over, and the loaf slides out.

We love it! This bread maker is the best thing ever. The recipes from the book work perfectly and a measuring spoon and cup are both in the box.

I expected some loaves to flop because of other reviews I read but I haven't had that happen yet on both the quick and slow bake. The bread is also so much better and healthier than store-bought bread.

This little machine is fantastic! Super easy to use and the result is super yummy, my family now request this every weekend and I don't mind at all because there really is nothing better than fresh hot bread with butter.
