Handy for baking little cakes
I wanted something to bake canelé in but couldn’t find the correct pans, so thought I’d try this. The pans were smaller than I thought they would be so it didn’t actually do the trick, however, I am sure they will come in handy for other baking.

A must have!
I got one of these as a birthday present and just had to order another one! Can't do without it! You can create any mini dessert or petit four with this pan - mini baked cheesecakes, lemon meringues, milk tartlets... Perfect size too - little bigger than mini muffin tin but still petite enough to be much smaller than a standard muffin tin.
