It's equipped with revolutionary temperature stability that ensures it functions smoothly and quietly. It's an E61 espresso coffee machine that allows you to focus on either brew or steam temperature configuration. The machine is regulated twice per second by Lelit's patented dual-probe management system, resulting in an unbelievably stable temperature.
