Bake perfectly shaped Madeleines with this nine cavity silicone mould. The silicone mould is non-stick, so it doesn't need to be greased and it's easy to remove contents. The moulds have a reinforced interior structure so, in spite of their flexibility, they are very stable, making them easier to carry. Plus, clean-up couldn’t be easier — just pop it in the dishwasher.
