Clean thoroughly without bending or putting your hands into dirty water with this Mop and Bucket Set from Leifheit. This set contains everything you need for cleaning: the Micro Duo mop head, the telescopic handle with drill mechanism and the bucket with a slingshot.
- Clean Twist Disc Ergo Mop and Bucket Set
- The spin technology enables dirt and water to be spun out of the mop when placed in the wringer
- Ideal for thorough cleaning of all types of floors thanks to the micro duo mop’s 2-fibre system, including parquet, laminate, or wood floors
- With its movable joint, the mop can lie completely flat for hard-to-reach places under dressers, cupboards, or beds
- Its flat-lying, 360° joint in the handle makes the mop so flexible that it is possible to wipe easily in wavy lines
- It even angles so under hard-to-reach areas, for example, furniture can be cleaned efficiently
- For back protection and ease of mopping, the telescopic handle can be lengthened/shortened to one's preferred working height (109 - 140cm)
- A practical non-slip cap prevents the floor wiper from falling over when leaning against the wall
- Thanks to the comfortable handle, the bucket can also be easily and safely moved about
- The bucket is easy to empty with a comfortable wide opening of the handles that mould into the hands and the pouring lip
- Optimized ball bearing position for calmer spinning
- Flat angled 360° gimbal to wipe in snake lines and in hard-to-reach places
How to use:
- To squeeze excess water out of the mop, use the mop's handle to apply pressure down into the handle within the bucket's wringer - the mop spins in the wringer releasing both dirty water and dirt out.
- With the help of the spin-stop function in the handle, it is possible to easily determine how damp the mop needs to be to suit the care demands of the floor
- In order to stop the mop spinning in the wringer, you simply close the lever on the handle of the mop

"Pay how much? For a mop?" may be your first reaction. And you can save a lot of money buying yet another wood & string cheapie, but once you're used Leifheit products you'll understand. This is just better in every way. It makes a tiring and dull task easier and even enjoyable.
The mop and bucket are excellent examples of German engineering - robust, high quality materials assembled for durability and ease of use.
Warning: if you have children, they will want to spin the mop endlessly. Read more

After years of struggling with inferior products, I have finally purchased what looks as if it is going to be a firm favourite, time saver and back protector whilst doing a perfect job! Washing the floors of my house is pure pleasure now! Clean, no mess and thorough. Who would have thought that I can get so excited about cleaning a floor?

The mop set has been a great buy! I love that your hands don’t get dirty and it spins really well so the floor doesn’t get overwet. This is great for laminate flooring. I think the brand delivers a sturdy product so hoping it lasts for some time to come.

After continually having to replace other contraptions over the years, I purchased this mop 2 months ago and it's still as sturdy now as on day one, the German engineering means this mop will definitely last longer than the flimsy products mentioned above. A set of wheels under the bucket would have given this mop set 5 stars.

This is the best spin mop out there. I bought many of these types of products before and most of them were just crap, despite their lovely TV ads and youtube videos. This thing just works and mopping that used to take 30 minutes has been cut down to 15 minutes. However, I just wish Yuppiechef can sell the wheels I saw in the video.

I have no idea why I have not owned this mop forever. Whilst I cannot say that it has made floor cleaning a pleasure it's a darn sight easier and more hygienic using this than the old spaghetti mop!

This is the best spin mop I have ever owned, it works incredibly well and you have to be careful not to spin the mop too many times as it then literally comes out bone dry.
It is more expensive than other models, and time will tell whether the extra money was worth it, depending on how long the mop and mechanisms last. However, I am super happy with the product.

The product needs assembling but fits together with German precision. At first the mop head seemed a bit lightweight, but once washed, has a good feel to it. The fact that the head can angle on the handle, means you can reach under pieces of furniture. Although pricey, it is in a different league to other "spin" mops. It almost makes cleaning floors a pleasure!

This product is wonderful. It has replaced all the other mopping systems I've tried. It's truly worth the money... I can now clean large areas in a short space of time, without bending without wetting my hands. It's awesome. A set of wheels and a replacement head would have given it five stars... But I'm looking forward to buying those as soon as they are available.

Best mop ever. The spin removes dirt and as others have said, spins so well that more than a couple of 'pushes' leave the mop almost dry. The mop head isn't too big but is very effective, and has cut my mopping time in half. Great that you can pop the head in the wash, too! Didn't bother me too much that the cart came without wheels, as you only use 6L of water to ensure you can spin the head properly, so it's light enough to move around. Read more

Best mop ever. The mop, handle and bucket are very well designed and great quality. It's vastly better than the mops you buy in SA supermarkets and DIY stores. Depending on how many times you pump the handle, the mop goes from sopping wet to bone dry - or anywhere in between depending on how wet you want the mop. It's so good we bought another set when they were on sale with 20% off. We were going to buy the rolling trolley but it was out of stock - glad we didn't as we don't need it on our tiled floors and it would have made the bucket bulky to store. Read more

After spending loads of money on buying every mop for my porcelain tiles, I finally found this gem! The easy spin mechanism that’s great quality and smooth with no glitches, mop head is excellent and super absorbent! Love this mop! Got one for my mom as well! Wish I found it sooner! Doesn’t leave any watermarks on the tiles!

I have purchased a variety of twist mop sets over the years and they worked well for a few months and then the "twister" or bucket mechanism part would break. Looking at the price of this twister set, I was a little concerned as it is a little pricey but so far, for a few rand more compared to the others, it was well worth the price. It really works as advertised. It’s so easy to use, no more bending, splashing or wringing. Definitely worth the money. I have to mop very regularly (Karoo dust, dogs) and it’s now a breeze. Very sturdy materials and the mop head is machine washable too. One of my favourite buys ever.

This is the most amazing mop and bucket system. Lightweight, easy to use and cleans the floors so perfectly. The 'twist system' removes all the excess water (and dirt) from the mop making it perfect for my laminate floors. I really like that the mop head is easily detached and can be washed in the washing machine. I also bought the 'wheels' which makes it very easy to manoeuvre the whole system when cleaning the floors. I hesitated for a while given the price... but it is well worth every penny. Read more

Cannot give this mop enough credit.
Strong, robust, easy to use and floors dry so quickly as the spinner takes most of the water out of the mop.
Rather pricey but glad I allowed myself to spend that extra money, a saver in the long run.

The stick no longer moves up and down ie it has stopped spinning. You cannot just buy the mop and stick, you need to purchase the whole set which I cannot afford.
