This cleaning set is simply brilliant. You do not have to touch any wet 'thing' while cleaning, simply step on the cleaning head and it collapses so that you can insert it into the centrifuge and spin all the water and dirt out of the wet cover. After watching youtube videos to learn how to use this mop, I came to the conclusion that it really isn't user friendly and almost doubled my usual mopping time!

I would not recommend this product to a friend.
