Introducing Le Creuset’s new range of premium quality non-stick metal bakeware.

This large, flat and rigid tin is a real kitchen essential. It can be slid easily in and out of the oven and is perfect for making meringues, gingerbread men, shortbread, scones, biscuits and cookies as well as bread shaped by hand. It is ideal to use as a pre-heated support for shapes moulds, oven dishes and acts as a base for flan rings and cake hoops. The wide rim on the outside of the tin, featuring heat-resistant silicone inserts for added grip, makes lifting a full tin easier and safer, especially when taking to and from a hot oven.

Developed specifically to withstand higher temperature and high sugar content cooking.
Oven safe to 240°C.
Made of heavy gauge carbon steel, the range is warp resistant, with an even heat spread and good heat retention.
Finished with the Le Creuset ultimate non-stick coating for unrivalled release.

Very good - definitely non-stick and works like a charm. Only problem is the discolouration and have only used it a couple of times? Other than that - highly recommend it!

I used this to make some chocolate chip cookies and it was amazing. I usually use baking paper to help keep cookies from sticking but decided to give this sheet a try without anything. It was great! The cookies came off the sheet beautifully without sticking or needing to wiggle the spatula about. I would definitely use this again.

Another phenomenal product from Le Creuset!

Two things that always stick: (in my house anyway!) Meringues & Roast Potatoes

We baked meringues in the oven for 1.5 hours and they slid off the baking sheet with ease.
Even more of a surprise was my perfect roast potatoes!

I made some meringues which were completely ruined (through no fault of the pan). I thought I will have to soak them off overnight but the sticky mess washed off with no effort. It was such a relief!
