Very nervous to purchase this kettle because of reviews that "it drips", "whistle is soft" and the "handle gets hot". ALL NONSENSE!

Handle does NOT get hot. Unless you have just boiled water, and open the lid, the steam will burn your hand. Just don't do it! If you need a quick refill, fill into the spout instead of the lid.

The one issue I do have is that when you pour, water drips from the spout. I have tried pouring the water slower and quickly but it didn't help.

I love my little Zen kettle though I do find you have to be very careful as the handle gets quite hot if you don't remove it from the heat as soon as it has boiled.

This is a great kettle and has a good solid feel to it. The handle is hinged for filling yet remains sturdy. I can hear the whistle from any part of the house so there is no chance it would be left boiling. The whistle easily moves back for pouring.

I love my Zen kettle. It’s beautiful and sturdier than it looks from the pics. It tends to drip slightly when pouring, but if you pour just right it doesn’t - It’s become a bit of a game! Now to upgrade the rest of my kitchen...

Great product. Looks amazing. Is on the smaller size, but was what I was looking for.
It does blow a little steam out so you might get a few drops of water on your cooking surface.
Also I was rather picky about when they could deliver it and they still managed to pull though and get it to me the next day... thanks!
