THE SERRATED BLADE IS FANTASTIC AND SLIDES THROUGH A STEAK WITH NO EFFORT AT ALL. JUST WISH THE HANDLE WAS SOLID STEEL IN ORDER TO GIVE THE HANDLE SOME WEIGHT. NOTHING SAYS QUALITY ON A KNIFE LIKE A SOLID HEAVY HANDLE. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Terrible!

The finish in these knives is appalling! None of the wood matched size-wise, it was all chipped and splintered. In order to make them usable I had to sand down the handles and then beeswax them. This item only got 2 stars because the blade itself is good. The quality of the handle is shockingly bad! Oh, I ordered 2 packs of these knives, and both were equally bad - so I didn't get a "bad box".
