Knysna Distillery creates traditional small batch spirits with an Alembic Copper Pot Still in the heart of the Garden Route.

- Knysna Gin is made with local spring water from the Witterberg Mountains, pure cane spirits and 9 natural botanicals, most notably Num Num berries
- The botanicals used are Juniper, Coriander, Almonds, Honeybush, Mondei Whitei, Cardamon, Cinnamon, Star Anise and Num Num berries
- The finish is smooth and clean with hints of vanilla and a twinkle of star anise
Many South Africans make delicious jams with Num Nums and the famous Knysna Lourie loves them as they are sweet and slightly tart. The berries are rich in Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorous.
