Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised. Absolutely detest sieving icing sugar as it takes ages and gets stuck. The machine ploughed through a kilogram in minutes. No mess and it’s awesome that you can move the shute around. The scale makes life so easy. Doesn’t take the place of a kitchen scale if you weigh large quantities as I think it only weighs up to 2kg.

A great investment
Baking these days are now no longer what it used to be. 'Lazy bakers' now bake and have the most basic of items in their kitchens, and intermediate bakers are now at a level where, bakers bake items that haven't been thought of before.
