This cake tin is great for a range of cakes - used it for many a chocolate and even angel cake.
With all bundt style tins, they still require a certain amount of greasing because of the mould of the tin. Spray 'n cook is a sure bet, but greasing with a little butter and dusting with flour also works a treat.
(If your cake gets a bit stuck, allow it to cool until just warm to the touch. Pull the cake away from the sides (and the middle) gently, with your fingers, working your way around the tin slowly.
Turn on a wire rack and hold both cake and rack then give a good shake (carefully!), you'll feel the cake release from the tin).
