A flexible, non-stick pastry mat with dimension marking to help roll out pastry to the correct size.
It can be used either way up as both sides are flat but the one side has measuring guides along the edges in both inches and centimetres, plus concentric rings from the centre to measure pie lids, pizza bases and such.
It's ideal for rolling pastry, sugar icing, marzipan and so much more. Simply dust the mat with a little flour or icing sugar beforehand - you will find that you use much less than usual. For sugarcraft and chocolate work, lay the mat on a solid surface and simply spread the icing or chocolate onto the mat, leaving it to harden or set, then simply peel off the shapes.
