Karcher K1.100 High Pressure Cleaner, 1200W

Can you remember when Karcher used to be good... Well not anymore! I had an old K1 for 6 years it worked great was a sturdy little thing that did the job well. It died like things do so I bought another one. It wasn't as strong but it was only $100 so it did the job, for only 4 months, the hose popped off the engine screamed for 10 seconds and then it died.
Still with the belief of how good my original unit was, and this was just an anomaly I got a new replacement. Fresh out of the box I set everything up and used the unit for 20 minutes and then it too died. Now I can understand inbuilt functional obsolescence but this was just standard use, no water came near it, and I wasn't running the unit for extended periods.
Karcher needs to rethink it modeling. This is a entry product to their range, and it is a piece of junk! I will never be buying another Karcher product. I strongly recommend that you think twice before you do, they are simply not the brand that they were.
