Hope on Hopkins' take on a classic, the London Dry Gin is made using the London Dry one-shot method, with single malt vodka as its base, distilled a fourth time to infuse it with carefully selected botanicals. Smooth and sophisticated with hints of citrus complementing rosemary and juniper – excellent for a gin and tonic, yet smooth enough for a martini.
