International Repair & Returns Policy

What is your returns policy for international orders?

If your product arrives broken or not working we will replace it at our cost. Before returning a product, we do require that you first request authorization from our customer service team by emailing them at [email protected]. If you have changed your mind about a product we will always try our best to facilitate a return, however please note that VAT and Duties on that return product will be for your account, so it is best to be very sure of your decision before you proceed.

What if I need my product repaired?

Support for repairs within warranty or general repairs may vary according to the availability of support from local agents. These will be dealt with on a case by case basis. You can always email the helpful Customer Service team at [email protected] for more assistance
