Redeem online or in-store

Customers are welcome to use Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards either online when checking out on Yuppiechef.com or shopping in-store.

• To use online, simply enter the voucher code at Checkout (more detail below).
• To use in-store, simply hand your card or code to the sales assistant when paying for your goods.
• You may redeem multiple gift vouchers against a single transaction.
• You may only redeem one promotional or marketing voucher per transaction.

Redeeming a Voucher online:

1. Shop as usual and add products to your Cart
2. On the Cart page, browse to the “Vouchers & Discounts” section
3. Enter your Voucher Code, e.g. 123-456-789
   • If you have an emailed Gift Voucher, the code will be on your email.
   • If you have a printed Gift Voucher, the code will be on the inside of the printed card, along with the value.
   • If you have a Gift Card, the voucher code can be found below the QR code on the back of the card.
4. Click the “Claim Voucher” button
5. The page will refresh and the voucher amount will show in your Cart, and the discount will reflect in your Order Total.
6. Check out as usual
   • If there is an outstanding amount for your Order, you can pay the balance as usual.
   • If the balance is zero, you’ll still need to check out, but you won't need to select a payment option. Simply press the “Order Now” button once you've entered your delivery details.
