You choose to collect your order from one of our stores in Cape Town, Joburg or Durban by selecting the "Collect from Yuppiechef" delivery option at Checkout.
You can also choose to have your order delivered to your nearest PostNet store.
We will send you an email with a unique QR code to let you know that your order is ready for collection. Simply present the QR code to one of our sales assistants when collecting your order.
Collection orders cannot be picked up before this email has been sent.
Once an order is Ready for Collection we unfortunately cannot redirect your order for delivery or collection from another store
Once you've received a notification from us that your order is ready for collection, you can collect from the store you chose during trading hours.
