What costs could I incur when I send a product in for repair?

If your product is out of its warranty period, you will incur shipping and repair costs. If your item is outside of the warranty period there will be a R100 fee to collect and return it to you. If it is still under warranty, this is on us.

Repairs are also subject to the products intended usage type (either domestic or commercial), specified in the warranty terms and conditions. Any repairs not covered by warranty will be quoted on, for your approval, and we will require payment before any work is done.

What is the difference between Domestic and Commercial Usage?

Domestic Use: You use the appliance to cook at home for you and your family. The appliance is used daily, catering for approximately 6 people.

Commercial Use: The appliance is used in a shop, café, restaurant, tuckshop or office, for home industry or in the hospitality industry.
