How does billing work?

• You will be charged on the day you order and sent your first order immediately, and your following orders will arrive at the beginning of the following month. For example, you might be billed as follows:
• 21 October:     R499 (the day you order)
• 1 December:   R499
• 1 January:   R499
• If there are price increases you will be notified in advance.
• You can manage or cancel your membership at any time.

Are my subscription credit card details safe?

Yes. We know this is a worry for some folk, especially first-timers. But yes, they're safe. All credit card transactions take place on a secure page (your address bar will appear green), our payment gateways only use the strictest form of encryption - namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) - and no credit card details are stored on the website.
