Like you, we really want to make sure that your orders arrive in time to spoil your loved one this festive season. That being said, things get a little crazy around this time and we don't want to disappoint. Here's what you need to know in order to get it delivered on time for you to place under your Christmas tree.

- Order and pay by Thursday 20th December before 14h00
- Cape Town delivery area includes Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Southern Peninsula, Stellenbosch and Somerset West

- Orders closed for delivery before Christmas Day
Main Centre Orders
- Order and pay by Wednesday 19th December before 14h00
- Orders closed for delivery before Christmas Day
Regional Area Orders
- Order and pay by Friday 14th December before 14h00
- Orders closed for delivery before Christmas Day
International Orders
- Allow at least two weeks and contact us for certainty
- Orders closed for delivery before Christmas Day

Though we do our best to ensure deliveries to PostNet stores are on time, as promised, we recommend that you confirm with your PostNet branch before collecting your order. PostNet will send an SMS to the recipient's phone number when the order is available to collect.
