Product Info
The history of Haute Cabriere dates back to 22 December 1694 when the French Huguenot Pierre Jourdan, was granted a piece of land in Olifantshoek – today known as Franschhoek – which he decided to name after his home town, Cabriere. In the early 1980’s Achim von Arnim, then still Cellar Master at Boschendal, purchased a portion of this land, with his vision firmly set on the idea of producing wines in the style of the Champagne region.

- On the nose you will pick up fresh hints of lime following through to the palate, with an addition of rich honey notes which are contributed by the fine pot still brandy

About Haute Cabriere
Founded on the values of family, community and sharing, the von Arnim family of Haute Cabriere has been artfully harnessing the unique terroir (sun, soil and vine conditions) of the Franschhoek Valley since the property was bought in 1982.

Great as a gift!
This dessert wine came in the most luxurious packaging, which made it perfect for a Mother's Day gift. I have had a few of Haute Cabriere's wines, and this does not disappoint! The bottle is small, at only 375ml, but this is most definitely a wine to be enjoyed in small quantities.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
