This cooks just the same as regular pasta, holds its shape perfectly and the texture is spot on. I tasted it plain and it has a slight nutty flavour, which I quite liked. Once your sauce is on this pasta, you honestly won't tell the difference! Getting to have a bowl of guilt-free pasta was fab, I'll definitely be getting this again.

I was amazed as to how delish this pasta is. Great taste and texture, would highly recommend to those looking for an alternative or just looking for something different. You wouldn't know it is made from chickpea!

Its difficult to find an alternative to real pasta that doesn't taste completely weird. This is probably the closest thing to pasta without it being actual pasta. What a triumph!

Cooked really well - held the shape and the flavour was perfect. However, my carbohydrate addicted brain knew it was not the real deal :(

This tastes delicious and healthy. I cooked it longer than the recommended cooking instructions. The texture is not the same as the usual pasta but it's divine, I cannot wait to buy another pack.

A big NO never again. It is horrible. Stick to the original product. Use chickpeas it is more versatile and delicious.

Pasta had no taste even after adding some spices, olive oil etc. Feel in mouth is like dried tasteless flour.

I will not recommend this product at all.
