• How to store your unit: 
  • Use and store the product between 20 - 30 degrees celsius
  • Keep away from water, intense heat, and sharp objects
  • Don't store in temperatures above 45 degrees celsius or below -10 degrees celsius for an extended period
  • Storing a battery with a low charge for a long period shortens its lifespan
  • This product mitigates the damage by putting the battery into hibernation mode
• How to clean your unit: 
  • Use a dry cloth to clean off dirt on the product ports, avoid contact with any liquid
  • Don't immerse the product in water or get it wet
• How to maximise battery life: 
  • To get the most out of the battery, make sure it is about 60% before putting this product into long-term storage, and then once every three months, discharge the battery to 30% and recharge it back to 60%
  • If the product is unopened for a year, this may compromise its functionality, so regular use is encourage to support longevity of the UPS
  • Don't drain to 0%, and don't charge above a 97%
  • On the app, you can set it from 100% to 97%
  • If the battery is consistently being overloaded, it will damage the battery
