Need help with baking times
Are the baking times in the recipes set for a convection oven? I don't have a convection oven, do I use the same temperature and baking time?

The temperatures are set for a conventional oven.
If you are using a convection oven or fan oven - set the temperature at 20 degrees below the recommended temperature.
