But when you rack up all the extra salt, sugar and preservatives used in conventional drying and preserving, you realise it's not really that great. But what if you could make your own dried snacks at home? Dried kiwi and grapes, anyone? Using the Ezidri Ultra Dehydrator you can make all the dried snacks your heart desires.

It does what it says
I make fruit and vegetable chips and dry rusks very successfully. I have also made fruit rolls and energy bars. I use it for preserving any glut of fruit or veg that I may have, without using additives or sugar. I recommend this for anybody who wants to make healthy food.

Excellent!
This dehydrator is exactly what I was hoping for. It dries food evenly, well, and is easy to operate. The little book that comes with the unit is useful. I am delighted with this Ezidri!
PS. If food gets stuck in the little nooks of the trays, I find that my dedicated soft kitchen paintbrush works well, with some soapy water...

This product has opened up a whole new world to me in terms of preservative-free dried fruit!
Fabulous addition to my kitchen appliances! I have so many food intolerances and preservatives rank amongst the top. So no sulphur dioxide preserved dried fruit for me. My "Ezi" does what is says it will do. I see a long and happy working arrangement with this appliance.

This is an amazing product.
Love, love, love this product, I've had it for two weeks and have not stopped using it.
I've dried, apple, pineapple, onions, and mixed veg not to mention tons of bananas we had in excess from our garden.

Loving it
I am loving the Ezidri Ultra Dehydrator. It is easy to use, has a good range of temperatures and I really like that once the set time is complete, it continues at 30 degrees until switched off. Highly recommended.
