From the home of apples in the Cape, Elgin, comes Everson's cider. Full of real apples and real flavour, this authentic cloudy apple cider is slightly sweeter than their clear version, it's lightly carbonated and great on a hot day by the pool.
- Hazy light golden colour
- No real head
- Apple and pear on the palate, lightly carbonated and quite sweet
Rob Heyns' Tasting Notes:
This new creation is more true to the older styles of cider which we were very interested to get our hands on once Michael Everson first told us about its imminent unveiling. It also works well in this case as a thirst-quenching option and serves as a nice break between all the lagers and ales.
