Product Info
Mustard is made by grinding up the seeds of the mustard plant, into a fine powder, and adding enough verjuice, wine or vinegar to make a paste. The strength and taste of the resulting mustard is determined by which seeds were used, while the flavour is affected by the liquid used, too. The name mustard comes from the Latin 'mustum', which was the name given to young wine, now known as must.

Incredible French Mustard
I was first introduced to this product by a French friend who gave me a bottle on return from France. Ever since I’ve understood why French mustard is such a big deal. Perfect accompaniment to any juicy steak or a simple ham sandwich. I’m delighted Yuppiechef supplies this brand at such a reasonable price too.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Best in the world
This is simply the best mustard you can treat your taste buds to! Very excited to see this in SA! I've been to the mill in Beaune and it's one of the very few places in the world where they still use traditional stone milling methods. This is what gives the mustard such an amazing flavour.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
