Excellent product. Like the fact that it is stainless steel, and, that there is a separation of functions (i.e. two or four slices at a time). Functioning soft and smooth. Family loves it.

Not as toasty as expected

The toaster looks great but you have to crank it right up to 8 or 9, on the browning setting, to get reasonable toast. This seems odd to me as this is as hot as you can set it.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

I am really happy with this toaster. it toasts sliced bread evenly, and adjusts to accommodate even quite thick buns. I definitely recommend this product
