Care Instructions
- Clean the diffuser after 5 or 6 uses or after 3–5 days
- Unplug the device from the power supply and empty out any water
- Use some mild washing-up detergent and warm water on a soft cloth to wipe the inside of the bowl
- Wipe clean with a soft cloth and avoid water from entering into the air filter
- Do not use acids or harmful enzymes in the unit

Easy to use, fantastic product! Very happy with this purchase.
Great, easy to use product. Not the best material, but for the price I would definitely recommend it. Works like a dream and it’s easy to clean.

Lovely product but timer settings are faulty
I love the diffuser. But all 3 timer settings seem to be faulty - there is 1hr, 3hrs and 6hrs. No matter which setting I select it goes off after 3-5 minutes. I will return for a new one, its definitely a product worth having.

I love it!
It works instantly, it stays on for however long you want it to using the pre-set times, it switches off when the water runs out as a safety precaution. And the light option makes for a nice night light, too.

My diffuser is tranquil.
I have been eyeing this product for myself for some time since my mom got hers. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
It has a beautiful wooden finish, and it is peacefully silent. I love watching the mist blowing, it is soothing and tranquil.
