On a farm called Falcon’s Nest - itself nestled beneath the beautiful Stellenbosch mountains of the Western Cape, South Africa - entrepreneur Perry Chaloner has been hard at work building his niche food preserve business of tapenades, olives, marmalades, jams and sensational olive oils.
