Bottega Millesimato Extra Dry is created from a blend of Glera and Chardonnay grown in territories where the mild climate, favourable exposure and draining calcareous clay soils with medium fertility result in good minerality and acidity. Millesimato Extra Dry combines the delicate and captivating aromas of the typical local Italian grapes with a unique and charming flavour. It's produced with an ancient, complex technique, which enhances the perlage (effervescence) and makes it perfect both as an aperitif and an all-round wine. It's the perfect drink to pour to make a toast and celebrate festive days and moments to remember.
