The Bosch Meat Mincer works like a dream
This machine is sturdy and stays in place on the surface during mincing. The mincing plates are of a very good quality material - I don't foresee it rusting. Mincing is quick and effortless.
The only thing that could be better is the fit of the plastic filler tray to the mincer attachment. Juices seep out at times between the two parts.
