The centrifugal juicing cavity spins the chopped food at a high speed, forcing all the liquid from it, and holding back the roughage. Sounds good, right? That's what we think, too.

Not bad for a first time juicer

This juicer is not bad if you've never used a juicer before. The pulp is relatively dry but, there is still a lot of wastage. If you are serious about juicing, rather save up and buy a masticating juicer. They waste less and you get a better quality juice but, if you are someone that is always in a hurry, this juicer is perfect because it also cleans in maybe 2 minutes maximum. The technology on this juice extractor has improved 100% compared to the one I had for the last 20 years or so. The size of the funnel for whole fruit e.g. apples and the pulp is very dry. I am completely happy with this product.
