Ella Woodward is the author of must-read food blog Deliciously Ella, which has one million visitors every month from all over the world. This cookbook has inspired me to start living a more nutritious (but still delicious) lifestyle. Even though the recipes are simple in terms of ingredients, they are often delicious beyond what you would expect. If you don't wish to go full on vegan (which I don't) you can substitute ingredients as we do (I can't justify buying organic cocoa that costs 5 times what normal cocoa does). All in all aRead more
