The classic way to enjoy this aromatic gin.

  • Fill a copa glass with ice
  • Pour 50ml of Inverroche Amber Gin
  • Add 125ml of premium tonic
  • Stir gently and garnish with a twist of orange rind or a dehydrated orange wheel
Inverroche Amber Gin Honey Recipe

Recipe Amber Honey Cocktail

A sweet and fragrant sipper using Inverroche Amber.

  • Fill a tallish tumbler with ice
  • Pour 50ml of Inverroche Amber Gin
  • Add 50ml of honey syrup (as per the method below)
  • Add 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Add 15ml of fresh lemon juice
  • Add 75ml of cranberry juice
  • Stir gently and garnish with a thyme wreath

To prepare the honey syrup, add about 100ml of honey into a tall mixing glass, then add 50ml of boiling water. Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds or until the honey has softened and is no longer sticking to the glass. Pour out of mixing glass into a bottle and use in drink as required.

A rich and spicy medley of warm flavours.

  • Fill a tumbler with ice
  • Pour 50ml of Inverroche Amber Gin
  • Add 3 dashes of ginger bitters
  • Add 8ml of caramel syrup (as per method below)
  • Stir gently and garnish with a twirl of orange zest

To prepare the caramel syrup, melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat; add sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice, and cook, stirring constantly, 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture turns a caramel colour. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. To Reheat: Pop in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for 10 to 15 seconds or just until warm; stir until smooth.
