Product Info
AMT Gastroguss makes their cookware tough so your food doesn’t have to be. The Non-Stick Light Frying Pan is made from heavy-duty, hand-cast aluminium and features a removable handle. The non-stick coating is 100% PFOA free and helps to keep your pan hygienically clean. These pans are compatible with all hobs and are also oven safe (up to 150°C for the handle and 240°C for the pan).

Care Instructions
- Before first use, wash with warm water and a mild detergent
- This product is dishwasher safe but we recommend hand washing with warm water, a mild detergent and a cloth or non-abrasive sponge
- After drying your cookware thoroughly, using a paper towel, wipe the interior with a thin layer of cooking oil before storing
- Using high heat suitable fats and oils will prolong the life of your cookware
- Avoid using cold-pressed oils like olive oil, diet fats and diet margarine
- Don't overheat your cookware for prolonged periods of time as the oil or fat will burn and leave a black residue which could damage the non-stick coating
- To prevent scratching, don’t use metal utensils or knives in your AMT Gastroguss cookware
- Don’t slide your cookware over your stove range
- After use, the surface might change to a light brown colour — this is normal and shouldn't be removed with steel wool or scouring agent
- Although the pan is dishwasher safe, the aluminium base will turn black in the dishwasher. This won't affect your cooking results but we recommend using paper towels to dry the bottom to avoid staining your cloths

Great pan, but doesn't work with induction.
A great pan to cook with retains heat well. The sides are vertical. I believe it'll stay in great condition for a good while.
Unfortunately, contrary to the description, it doesn't work on induction hobs.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
