This is the perfect hot sauce with a good balance of sweet, savoury and heat. It's not overly vinegary like Tabasco or overly sweet like some other Asian hot sauces. This is a great tasting sauce, well balanced between tomato, chilli and garlic, it adds a brilliant bite to almost anything from pizza, chicken etc, and prawns without this will just never be as good again.

I've been looking for a proper sriracha sauce for a while since it isn't widely available in South Africa and this is definitely top of the line. Even though it is a hot sauce, it can be described as a chilli ketchup and can be poured on most food that you would use tomato sauce on. This sauce goes well with everything! Not too hot and the slight tomato tang makes it quite different to the usual chilli sauce. I'm not a total fan of the bottle top though. Gets a little messy.

Thank goodness - someone has started bringing this in! I do not have to beg my friends overseas to bring a bottle when they visit! Spicy, but not too hot, use it like tomato sauce - but also too spice up anything! A fun gift for your friends or family!

This sauce is absolutely amazing.
It is THE perfect balance of sweetness, chilli and garlic. Don't be scared by the EXTRA HOT label. It's not like other EXTRA HOT sauces. It just adds new dimensions of flavour to everything! Can't get enough.

The nice thing about this sauce, is that yes it says "extra hot" but it's that tasty kind of hot, full of flavour - not that hot that burns your taste buds right off & you can't enjoy your food thereafter. I was initially quite overwhelmed by the strength of flavour and extra 'hotness' of this sauce. I am a big chilli fan so this really took me by surprise.

But after some experimentation I am pleased to say that this sauce has become my secret ingredient and really brings to life those dishes that are missing something!

Tastes disgusting. Too sweet for a hot sauce contains too much sugar. And contains highly dangerous and carcinogenic sodium benzoate plus artificial colorants. Last of all that so called sauce is just garbage.
I tried almost all kind of hot sauces and I realized Tabasco is a work of art. A wonderful fermented vinegary true (not sugary or sweet) hot sauce.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.
