Product is a dud.
Bought this as a gift for Christmas. According to the product info, it should be: Splash-proof and well-insulated for both hot and cold.
The cold liquid, even when adding ice, stays cold for maybe 30 minutes. Hot liquids start cooling almost straight away. The lid leaks and does not seal properly at all.

This doesn't sound right. Our customer support team has been trying to reach out to you to resolve this. Please look out for their correspondence.
Best water bottle.
It really lives up to the hype. When I put large ice cubes in the bottle the water stays cold for just over 12 hours. Ignore the reviews about it being leak-proof because if you want it to not leak buy a water bottle that is closed completely.
If you keep it upright, you should not have any issues. I'm even considering buying another closed smaller water bottle for winter.

Don't buy!
I strongly urge anyone thinking of buying this bottle not to - you will be very disappointed.
Ice cold water doesn’t even make an hour (even when adding ice cubes) the water goes room temp very quickly. The lid leaks and there are no lid alternatives to replace it with.
